i think probably nuclear weapons, becuase we make them (for good intentions?) and then some are coveted away to places were they might be used for bad intentions, like the black market
I think that tecnology in general is going out of control because there are just so many inventions being created and it creates lots of competition between which device is better or which company provides better service.
An example would be weaponds because we make them and they've spiralled out of control and caused many deaths and devastations.
